- Two built-in sinks: one hand wash sink for the operators next to the rotisseries, another one with three big compartments in the back of the vehicle
- Huge fresh-water tank with a propane water heater for the sinks and huge wastewater tanks underneath each sink
- Electrical power supply for grilling operation and refrigeration can be provided by a built-in power generator (not included, available on request) – no external power outlet necessary.
- The truck is equipped with two Hertel Grill units Together they offer space for 22 spits with 10 main burners and 4 intermediate burners
- On our US models the sales flap opens to the right side of driving direction
- The cook and sales operation is protected from the weather with extendable wind screens and wind barriers.
- Two built in Propane tanks have a capacity of approx. 50 gallons of LPG gas They are installed horizontally within a fire-proof compartment in the back of the superstructure. Fifty gallons usually last for four to six shifts (100 chickens per shift, sold during a 8hrs operation)
